Flexographic Printing
We offer high-quality flexographic printing on eight-color printing machines, equipped with a ninth varnishing unit for precise, single-pass printing. This fast and efficient solution is ideal for medium and large print runs, ensuring vivid colors and high print accuracy.

Laminating
We use a modern laminating machine for producing high-quality solvent-free laminates. The device supports both single- and two-component adhesives, ensuring strong and durable bonds for 
a wide range of combinations:

  • Duplexes: OPP/OPP, OPP/PE, PE/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, OPA/PE
  • Triplexes: PET/PET/PE, PET/PET/PE(EVOH)

Extrusion
At LEDA, we use a modern extruder to produce high-quality films for a variety of packaging applications.

  • Custom specifications: Adjustable thickness, width, and barrier properties tailored to different industries.
  • Barrier films: Designed to protect products from moisture, oxygen, and external elements.

Ready-made Bags
3 advanced sealing machines for the production of:
  • Stand-up pouches.
  • Flat pouches.
  • Sachets in non-standard shapes (e.g., shopping bags, courier bags).
Macroperforation
We offer macroperforation as a specialized process that enhances the functionality of flexible packaging. This technique involves creating larger, strategically placed perforations in films, ensuring proper air circulation and ventilation for packaged products.
